Disposition:
She is not a people person. Satya is more comfortable with a computer rather than people. Her anti-soicial behavior is from the process that created the Psi-Hackers in the Ultra MKII program. Although not rude or cold Satya is not outgoing nor does she actively socialize with people outside her immediate circle beyond business or work reasons. She is one of the creative Psi-Hackers and does what she can to contain her more Competitive and volatile aspects. While not overly attractive or unattractive she has a certain off setting sense about her that is not hostile or negative, just a very serene or calm look to her.

provided they choose to store such data in the flIst place (i.e.,
makes a mental note to remember this or that). Their brain
acts as a computer's hard drive, storing data in bits and accessing

computer's hard drive, their storage capacity is limited, requiring

They are often associated with the appellation "folly" as those who bear them have frequently overestimated the power of the weapons, and underestimated the might of dragons.

Background Information:
Project MK II Ultra produced some questionable results. Once such result was Quintivus Quire, a Psi leach and Psi-Illusinist Hybrid created to hunt down rogue Operatives and enemies in the war against the Night princes. Quint or Overmind had other plans on the war against monsters which he took a better liking to. His parents both died to in the crossfire of a Vampire and Nightlord turff war. This pushed the young Quint over the edge.

He started to gather Psychics that were of use and he could feed off of in a sort of pyramid scheme. Among them were many agents of the PAB and ADA that received special training and conditioning. Each was selected for their skills and talents that would support his war against the Nightlands and Vampires. He had a lore base and personnel to start a war of his own against the Nightlords and vampires. Such an action would have been premature and ended in disaster for the rest of the world had he succeeded.

This was a situation that had to be contained and it was. Worse a strike team from Nightlords and vampires. had struck. Project: Overmind assaulted several Nightlord holdings and Vampire nests. It took three teams in a coordinated assault to take down Quint and his fledgling faction as well as Vampire and the Nightlord strike teams efforts to stop Project: Overmind. the cost was high as many of the potential agents they could save died fighting the invasion of vampires and Night princes. Most perished or were brain dead after Quint was killed in Nightlord/Vampire battle. When the ADA intervened the saved who they could and left. Dropping behind them a bomb in the base hoping to wipe out the vampires and Hounds as well as clean up any mess. Those of Quint's Overmind that survived and did not become unstable were all "changed" taking on a much darker tone than their previous personalities permanently. Satya was one such survivor and like them they were watched carefully.

Satya saw how they dealt with failures and "damaged" psychics. The Psi-Hacker knew it was a matter of time before she was "corrected" or examined by the science division to prevent more errors like Quint. After a few assignments Patel was assigned to an agent named Edward Grant. In the field they faced several hazards and monsters. Grant and Patel were assigned to find a rogue Psychic duo by the name of Randle and Jazmine Corda and capture them. upon capturing them they found them to be former Overmind members who were unstable. Calling in to confirm their pick up they were given orders the terminate them when quint's name was mentioned. The Final straw was when the Psychic duo attacked after hearing they to be taken in. Both did not wish to die for a cause they were forced into. The Duo were not unbalanced, they only wished to be left alone.

Left with no option but to kill them Grant and Patel had completed the assignment. After they were ordered to kill duo Satya saw the possibility if she went "unstable" they would kill her too. This made her reconsider her future and she left. A few months in to her freelance gig she met up with Grant who was less than happy about her career change. He felt she had turned. After the two chatted and she explained and he sympathized. Grant being a bit of reckless at times himself could understand after the concern for safety. He saw she was as sane as she was before. He was spurned by several other incidents happened within the agency and feared. Many agents and psychics were eliminated in some sort of power play. Grant was pleased to find she had been spared by fate and updated her as to current events.

Instead killing or capturing they agreed to a silent partnership and standing offer to rejoin with his support for their mutual survival. As Grant joined the secret effort to save humanity he got a hold of her. Now she helps Grant and his allies out in addition to hacking and Information gathering jobs. She still has issues of trust with the higher ups in the ADA and PAB for several reasons, but trusts Grant and his allies ultimate goals.

Prefers the color blue and colors that go with blue.

none, She figures any god that lets things like vampires loose on the world is probably not going to be much help against the night Princes anyway.

Libertarian (minarchist)
minarchists propose a state limited in scope to preventing aggression, theft, breach of contract and fraud. she favors the existence of minimal states and see them as necessary or inevitable.

A 'night-watchman' state, or a minimal state, is variously defined by sources. In the strictest sense, it is a form of government in political philosophy where the state's only legitimate function is the protection of individuals from assault, theft, breach of contract, and fraud, and the only legitimate governmental institutions are the military, police, and courts. In the broadest sense, it also includes various civil service and emergency-rescue departments (such as the fire departments), prisons, the executive, the judiciary, and the legislatures as legitimate government functions.

Advocacy of a night-watchman state is known as minarchism. Minarchists argue that the state has no right to use its monopoly on the use of force to interfere with free transactions between people, and see the state's sole responsibility as ensuring that transactions between private individuals are free. As such, she generally believes an economic environment in which transactions between private parties are free from government restrictions and this approach to the economy is most likely to lead to economic prosperity.

As a psychic she does prefer the company of psychics to others

Personal Code of conduct and behavior:
1. May or may not keep her word to demons/supernatural willing to hurt innocents. Will keep her word with the non-violent or more professional Criminals (Aberrant types) so long as it does not conflict with her team loyalties or personal codes. Will always keep her word with allies.

2. May lie to and cheat to Violent Criminals and supernatural. will never lie or cheat an ally.

3. Will not kill an unarmed/non-powered foe. (But may knock out or take advantage of one)

4. Will never kill and avoid harming an innocent if possible, Particularly a child.

5. Never torture for pleasure or extract information. May use a situation that happens by chance to extract information, but not likely too.

6. Never kill for pleasure.

7. May or may not help a Violent Criminal or known traitor in need. Will always aid a teammate however she feels about them.

8. Attempts to work with in laws when possible.

9. Breaks laws only when saving innocents and when no one is injured in the process if possible. Will compensate for damage if able to do so. when working on Official PAB Operations she will break no laws or not act in a conduct that is against its code.

10. Respects the professional Criminals code (never rat out a partner and such), enforce that code if dealing with a honorable/professional Criminals.

11. Will use Honorable/professional criminals as information Sources in an effort to save innocents and capture the Violent threats. But will never betray her group/allies or commit crimes in exchange to get info.

12. May take "dirty" money and give it to worthy causes, Return it to the owner or those needing it more than the criminals.

13. Never betray a friend, teammate or fellow professional (Source or otherwise).
