Statistical Data:
Ground: 90 mph maximum on paved streets, dirt roads, gravel, rocky deserts, grassy plains, shattered roads and rough terrain. Half that speed (or less depending on conditions) on sandy deserts, and driving through water or snow deeper than one foot up to five feet deep. Woodland environments and thick underbrush are likely to be impassable by this vehicle unless there is a well-traveled path to take; maximum speed is likely to be less than 10 mph if passable at all.
Maximum Range: Unlimited for Solid Oxide.
Penalties: None on paved streets, grass, dirt roads, gravel, stony deserts, and shattered roads. -5% to piloting skill on sand, and in mud as deep as one foot. -10% driving through water or snow deeper than one foot up to five feet deep or on ice. Forests and dense vegetation are likely to be impassable. This vehicle can ride across sand dunes and underwater!
Water: Can drive through water up to five feet deep.
Dimensions: 10' tall, 11' wide, 24' long, 3.3 tons, empty.
Cargo: The truck bed measures 8' long, 5' wide, with 2' high walls. Inside the cab is space for several weapons and 5-6 backpacks and other small items. Extra gear can be strapped down on the running boards, the sides of the bed and roof.

Weapon Systems: For an extra cost, a weapon may be added. One hovercycle weapon option can be added to the Road Buster, usually on the roof. Wiring a weapon into the vehicle’s power supply.

Background Story

Born into a modest family didn’t help or hinder Quinntessa Tuttel. The fact that she was too poor to be considered wealthy but just wealthy enough to not know what true hardships felt like.This left her with a void that she couldn't explain or fill. Growing up she was always the kid that was trying to save a life. Whether it was an insect or a cat, to her a life was a life. During her adolescent years, she saw first hand the atrocities of what man can do. This sparked a desire to do all that she could do to help save and ease their burden. Quintessa saved every penny she had so that she could go to medical school. Every present that she would get she would pawn and save the money.

During her medical schooling, Quinn had come under the tutelage of a one Dr. Bartholomew Ulrich, or Dr. Bu by a hand full of close friends. Dr. Ulrich was one of those people who always had a solution for any problem that would arise. None of Dr. Ulrich’s colleagues could compare to his intellect or skill with a knife. He would have been world renowned but unfortunately the doctor had a bad habit of making concoctions of whatever was left lying about. On more than one occasion Quinn would have to come and bail Dr. BU out of trouble. Most of the time it was with the local street dealers but every so often Dr. BU would have a run in with a local gang leader.

After the death of Dr. Ulrich, Quinn decided to take her skill and knowledge and go share them with the world. Traveling from town to town quickly opened her eyes to how the world truly worked. Her childhood dreams and ideas of what she could be and accomplish were quick ground to dust. This led Quinn to start drinking. The more she saw, the more she relied on drinking but at the same time it just affirming her decision to become a doctor.

During the following years, Quinn would get to meet and rub some elbows with some influential people. She provided her services to everyone from crime lords to the brass of military figures and down to the mayors and its denizens of the larger towns. To Quinn, it didn't matter on you social status or ability to pay. She would barter and trade for her services, knowing that not everyone could afford her or willing to pay. For that later, Quinn would often procure the local underlife to retrieve what she was owed. This often left her in debt to be repaid on a later date.

A step into an alternate past
During one of Quinn's drunken states, she had unfortunately took a loan from a nasty loan shark. His name was Ricardo Felipe Hernandez. He was a handsome looking mexican and caught Quinns eye straight from the beginning. This caused striff to her moral standing, often questioning herself. As the weeks went on, she told Ricardo about her desires and he made her a promise that once she is free of her loan, they can be together. On her last job to get free she took a job that was sketchy all the way through.

Quinn only took part because the pay was right and the need a doctor. She knew that if you need a doctor before you even leave then things aren't going to end well. Her fears were confirmed just at the end things went horribly sideways when some of the crew had set off a few trip wires and almost got the whole crew killed. They ended up getting into a firefight with a couple of mages and psychics and Quinn ended up getting blown into a dimensional rift.

That was the last thing she remembers. Quinn wakes up a few days later with the worst hangover she has ever felt. A slight withdrawal syndrome had set in by the time she woke. The next couple of days was spent in and out of a drunken stupor, trying to coupe with what had happened and the loss of going home. Eventually, she stumbled upon this small brewing company. It was a mom and pop style, run by some quirky bit of people. Finding some employment with them, Quinn began to settle down falling into a routine. With her chemistry background and love off alcohol, it made a perfect fit for her.

Over the next couple of months Quinn’s thought of Ricardo grew more frequent. With her desire to go home and see him, she began to try and piece together a plan. As things were coming together she realized that she wasn't even on her own world or even in the right time frame. Similar to hers but different, too. She couldn't pinpoint the specifics but she knew, a feeling more or less. The information only made her desire stronger and she eventually left the comfort of the brewery in search for a way home.
